Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for any order once it has been shipped or delivered. This includes, but is not limited to:
Change of mind
Accidental purchase
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Personal preferences regarding size, color, finish, or design
Refunds will be considered only in the following cases, subject to verification by Professional Handicrafts:
Wrong product delivered
Missing product or missing items from the order
Product received in a defective or damaged condition
To be eligible for a refund, customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and provide a continuous unboxing video recorded from the sealed package until the product is completely unpacked, along with clear photographs if requested.
Claims submitted without the required proof may be rejected.
Once the claim is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
No Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before placing your order.
Order Cancellations
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
Handcrafted Product Variations
As all our items are carefully handcrafted, slight differences in color, pattern, or texture may occur. These subtle variations reflect the uniqueness of handmade products and are not grounds for return or refund.
Weight variations of 2-5% are also common due to the artisanal nature of our products and should be expected. These differences do not qualify as defects.
Damaged or Missing Product Claims
Any claims for damaged or missing items must be supported with an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package.
Without this proof, the claim may not be accepted.
Abuse of Return Policy
If Professional Handicrafts suspects any fraudulent or misleading claims, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions. This may include suspending or canceling user accounts, restricting access to further returns, or initiating legal proceedings where necessary.
Estimated Delivery
Expected/Estimated delivery dates displayed on our website are provided for reference purposes only. They are estimates based on normal shipping timelines and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International shipments may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can result in additional delivery delays beyond our control.
Delayed delivery shall not be considered a valid reason for cancellation, return, refund, or compensation.
