Return and Refund Policy
At Professional Handicrafts, we value customer satisfaction and strive to provide the best possible experience. If you need to return or exchange a product, kindly adhere to the following terms and conditions. We are committed to making this process as smooth as possible.
Eligibility for Returns
You may return products within 3 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Items should show no signs of use.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled at any time before dispatch.
We do not accommodate requests for returns or cancellations based on buyer’s remorse (e.g., accidental purchases or change of mind after receiving the product).
Handcrafted Product Variations
As all our items are carefully handcrafted, slight differences in color, pattern, or texture may occur. These subtle variations reflect the uniqueness of handmade products and are not grounds for return or refund.
Weight variations of 2-5% are also common due to the artisanal nature of our products and should be expected. These differences do not qualify as defects.
Damaged or Missing Product Claims
Any claims for damaged or missing items must be supported with an unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package.
Without this proof, the claim may not be accepted.
Abuse of Return Policy
If Professional Handicrafts suspects any fraudulent or misleading claims, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions. This may include suspending or canceling user accounts, restricting access to further returns, or initiating legal proceedings where necessary.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed only for genuine returns (damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered).
For other approved returns, the refund will be issued after deducting return shipping charges.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 1–2 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
 Exchange Policy
We do not offer exchanges. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the return policy and place a new order separately.
