Eligibility for Returns
You may return products within 10 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Products must be returned in their original packaging.
Items should show no signs of use or damage.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled at any time before dispatch.
We do not accommodate requests for returns or cancellations based on buyer’s remorse (e.g., accidental purchases or change of mind after receiving the product).
Handcrafted Product Variations
As all our items are carefully handcrafted, slight differences in color, pattern, or texture may occur. These subtle variations reflect the uniqueness of handmade products and are not grounds for return or refund.
Weight variations of 20-30% are also common due to the artisanal nature of our products and should be expected. These differences do not qualify as defects.
Non-Returnable Items
Clearance Sale items are non-returnable. Some items may have minor imperfections (e.g., fading prints or light scratches), but their functionality remains uncompromised.
Returns are only accepted for items with significant damage, such as breakage or manufacturing defects.
Abuse of Return Policy
If Professional Handicrafts suspects any fraudulent or misleading claims, we reserve the right to take appropriate actions. This may include suspending or canceling user accounts, restricting access to further returns, or initiating legal proceedings where necessary.
