5. Returns and Refunds

• All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

  Refunds are not available for reasons including, but not limited to, change of mind, accidental purchase, incorrect product selection by the customer, or minor variations in handcrafted products.

  Refunds will be considered only in the following cases, subject to verification by Professional Handicrafts:

  • Wrong product delivered.
  • Missing product or missing items from the order.
  • Product received in a defective or damaged condition.

  To be eligible for a refund, customers must notify us within 24 hours of delivery and provide a continuous unboxing video recorded from the sealed package until the product is fully unpacked. Claims submitted without the required proof may not be accepted.

  If the claim is verified and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
